Loni Mendez is a highly recognized and sought-after expert in the business community where she brings over 20 years of corporate human resources and consulting experience with global organizations. Loni holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, and both an MBA and a Graduate-Level Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School. She was designated as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) in 2007, has completed Liberty University's Graduate-Level Program in Management & Leadership, and holds both Life Coach and Executive Coach Certifications.

In 2021, she completed MICE Training & Technology's Grant Writing Certificate Program and has since served as the grant writer for grants ranging from $65,000 to $4 Million with organizations of all sizes, including but not limited to the Science for Africa Foundation, the Arizona Healthcare Cost Containment System and the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona. She was awarded the Local Businessperson of the Year Award by Alignable.com in 2022 & 2023. Ms. Mendez is also the founder of Hope for Healing, Inc., a New Jersey non-profit organization committed to making a difference in mental health.
