Loni Mendez is a highly recognized and sought after expert in the business community where she brings over 20 years of corporate human resource and consulting experience with global organizations.  Loni’s expertise and passion is in creating structures and workability for people to support them in reaching their goals.


She attended Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey and later attended DeVry University. Her educational background is in Technical Management, with a concentration in Human Resources.  In 2007, she completed her CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Certification through World at Work, an organization that is recognized across the globe for its authority in human resource education. 


In honoring her commitment to bringing order to the lives of business owners, executives and busy parents, Loni started her virtual assistant and organizational coaching business, Classieux Concierge LLC, in 2007.  The mission of the company is to serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment for individuals by creating support structures that empower people and enhance the quality of their lives. In 2008, she started a second business, Global HR Concepts LLC, providing professional writing, speaking, consulting, and career coaching. In 2015, Classieux Concierge LLC was awarded the Angie’s List Super Service Award for delivering outstanding service to its clients throughout the year.  She has also completed her Life Coach Certification and her Grant Writing Certification. Loni is a published author of the books "Straighten Up! 50 Simple Ways to Live a More Organized Life!" and "Choosing All Of It."
